We are incredibly lucky to be in a community where the businesses are so invested in supporting each other and our broader community.
Last night we held our 107th Annual Dinner. It was an opportunity to update our members on where we are, where we want to go, and how we want to get there. We also have two community service awards where we ask for nominations to honor.
The Doctor of Civic Betterment Award honors individuals who strive toward the highest levels of service in our community and have devoted time and energy to their community in a meaningful way outside of the individual’s regular job or profession. Congratulations to Dave Gallano on being named the 2022 Doctor of Civic Betterment!
The Distinguished Organization Service Award honors a Business, Club, or Organization that strives toward the highest levels of service in our community and has devoted time and energy to their community in a meaningful way outside of the Business, Club, or Organization’s normal day of operation. Congratulations to Build-a-Bike Belvidere on being named the 2022 Distinguished Organization!
We also loved watching everyone in the room enjoy our Keynote speaker, Dan Hampton. He was engaging, he was funny, he was wearing the biggest ring I have ever seen! We were blessed to have so many wonderful people in one room and hope everyone in attendance enjoyed the evening as much as we did.
Thank you to the organizations that made it possible for us to have this event.
